Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop creative content in the form of questions/notes, write easy-to-understand solutions, review content created by freelancers/AI for Grade B Mains
2. Creation and Review of Grade B Notes for Finance, Management, ESI, and Current Affairs
3. Assisting RBI faculties with free and paid content
4. Evaluating Mains Papers Submitted by Students
5. Analyze and research exam patterns, type of questions, and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends of questions asked in Grade B exams.
6. Work on user feedback collected from multiple channels
7. Understanding the student preparation cycle and making content for his best preparation
8. Can use various tech tools with AI support like ChatGPT for content creation with pluggins.

What we are looking for :

• Must have qualified RBI Grade B Phase 2 Exam and appeared for an interview at least once.
• Prior experience in content development for RBI Mains will be a plus
• An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference in the education sector in India
• Should have a strong passion for education, and be willing to learn new things
• Self-driven, creative, and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
